Revenue Cycle Finance Manager - Remote Opportunity in the USA

As our Revenue Cycle Finance Manager, you will:

  • Lead Financial Insights: Support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team across our network of Hospitals, Medical Groups, and Risk-Based Entities.

  • Master the Kodiak RCA System: Showcase your expertise in Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) to deliver critical financial insights and reporting.

  • Act as a Liaison: Bridge the gap between corporate FP&A and local finance teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and clear guidance on assignments.

  • Standardize Financial Practices: Promote "best practice" budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational excellence.

  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Enterprise Subject Matter Experts to identify and communicate key revenue and expense insights.

  • Consolidate Key Metrics: Summarize financial performance and key business drivers for decision-making at the divisional level.

  • Champion KPIs: Work with divisional leadership on operational KPIs, developing actionable improvement plans.

  • Support Local Finance Teams: Serve as a resource for projects and ad-hoc financial analytics to drive organizational goals.

  • Leverage Advanced Tools: Utilize financial reporting tools (Essbase, HFM) and Excel-based models to elevate financial analytics and reporting.

This is a 100% remote position for applicants residing in the United States.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant finance experience.

  • Experience with Kodiak Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) or Crowe RCA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as HFMA or FACHE.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
