JOB TITLE:  Helpdesk Engineer (WFH/Remote)

OFFER RATE: PHP 40k per month (Fulltime)

Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time​
Start Date: ASAP


JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Dedicated to supporting a single client alongside our team with a primary focus on application support: Sage, Salesforce, Teamwork, and QuorusDocs.

  • Primary support person for all cases, questions, incidents and first line of support add/change/delete in Salesforce, Sage, QuorusDoc’s and Teamwork

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Sage, Salesforce, Teamwork, and QuorusDocs is a MUST

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft desktop and server systems, MS Exchange, Azure, Domain expertise (cloud and on-prem).

  • Networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, VLAN, IPSEC, and SSL VPN, Firewalls (Ubiquity, FortiGate) and Wireless networks.

  • Knowledge of Storage arrays, backup and replication solutions, monitoring systems.

  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues at a higher level.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

  • Good clear communication Skills.
