Job description

What you will do

Build, maintain, and improve internal environments and infrastructure to support development and data science teams.
Deploy to and maintain customer environments, both in the cloud (AWS) and on-premise
Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security in all deployments.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring that any issues are resolved proactively.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.

What we are looking for

Strong expertise with Docker and containerized environments; experience with Docker Swarm is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems and shell scripting.
Good understanding of networking, security, and best practices for DevOps and infrastructure.
Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers, data scientists, and other technical teams.

The following are not required but would be beneficial:

Kuberenetes knowledge
On premise deployments
Interest or experience in Machine Learning

About us

At Lynceus, we are building theÂ first predictive OS for high-value manufacturing.

We provide software with edge/cloud hybrid architecture, deployed within manufacturing process control tools. We are building a scalable generic product, supported by the most robust machine learning models. Today, our platform leverages manufacturing data and in-house process comprehension toÂ predict the performance of manufactured goods and systemsÂ (in-line and end-of-line quality tests), with each manufacturing step modelled independently. We deliver gains for our customers both throughÂ yield improvementÂ andÂ added production capacity. Tomorrow, our software will provide quality predictions further in time (customer returns, product performance in time, longevity, etc), integrate within the process control tools, and allow for powerful simulations of new process steps.
