Your mission

We are looking for a hands-on Customer Enablement Manager who is ready to conquer the market with our leading SaaS solution. In this exciting role, you will develop and implement effective customer communication strategies to enable our customers. The role also involves supporting our customers in becoming product experts, both by providing the right information at scale or by answering ad-hoc questions. 

In this role you will
Customer Communication (60%)
  • Develop the strategy for and execute high-quality B2B content tailored to our target customer audience, including product newsletters, in-app messages, and videos.
  • Extend our internal and external knowledge sharing base.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice, values, and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and produce content that addresses customer needs and market trends.
Customer Service (40%)
  • Support our customers with different kinds of requests they might have.
  • Promote the value of the product through an outstanding customer experience.
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
  • Act as a bridge between our internal departments, facilitating communication and contributing to product development 

What you need to be successful
  • At least 1 year experience in a B2B customer experience or content management role, preferably within the SaaS sector.
  • Near to native-level fluency in German, both written and spoken, accompanied by excellent proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in copywriting, storytelling, and content creation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish trust quickly with B2B customers, engaging in conversations focused on delivering business value to existing clients.
