Sr. Estimator - Interior Fit Out and Joinery

We are #hiring for an experienced #Fitout #Estimator for high-end fit-out projects, specializing in #joinery and furniture manufacturing. Responsibilities include #costcontrol, #contractmanagement, #BOQpreparation, #quantitytakeoffs, and proficiency with estimating software such as #PlanSwift and #Bluebeam. This position is for the USA market and offers a work-from-home setup.

Requirements:

• Experience in high-end fit-out works, particularly in joinery and furniture manufacturing.
• Proficiency in cost control, contract management, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-offs.
• Ability to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for fit-out and joinery projects, including labor, materials, and overheads.
• Familiarity with estimating software, especially PlanSwift or Bluebeam.
• Ability to work remotely and on night shift.
• This is an urgent position, and no notice period is required, so you must be able to join immediately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the fit-out and joinery sector, with a strong track record of successful project estimations.
• In-depth knowledge of cost estimation principles, construction methods, and material costs specific to fit-out and joinery.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
