Ready to become part of HR Eastern Europe team @ NXP?

Our team provides support to three countries in Eastern Europe: Romania, Hungary and Czechia in all aspects concerning HR Operations, Rewards, Talent Development and local compliance.

In your role as HR Generalist you will be part of a regional team focused on providing HR support to NXP leaders and team members in Romania.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide support for the roll-out of global HR processes: Performance Management, Rewards Planning, Talent Management.
  • Communicate global and local HR strategy, policies and initiatives to teams and managers in Romania.
  • Adapt local policies, strategies and practices to have them in line with industry best-practice, business needs and company direction.
  • Broker/Integrate Human Resources external services - manage and evaluate vendors (training, coaching, teambuilding).
  • Provide local managers with assistance in terms of NXP policies, procedures, ways of working, systems and tools.
  • Support onboarding and inclusion activities generated by HC growth.
  • Support with local wellbeing activities and benefits (EAP, sports, lunch vouchers.
  • Support to business managers and Finance with contingent workforce monitoring (contractors).

Your team

Eastern Europe HR team with members in Romania, Czechia, Hungary is led by HR Director in Bucharest.

There is a lot of room for new ideas and innovations and you are encouraged to focus on development, coaching and creating a supportive environment for your team.

Your profile

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good English, both spoken and written
  • User proficiency in of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Share Point and Outlook)
  • Ability to work with numbers
  • Knowledge in local labor legislation (basics).

Furthermore, you may have:

  • Understanding of local market in terms of labor market dynamics and economic environment.
  • Experience in a multinational/multicultural environment.
  • Workday – user knowledge

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
