Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated eCommerce Coordinator B2B to join our team. This individual contributor role is crucial for managing our B2B and B2C stores on Shopify. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce operations, with experience in SAP or another ERP system. You will work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize B2B and B2C stores on Shopify.
  • Oversee daily eCommerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure accurate and timely product launches.
  • Work with the Marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and track their performance.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to manage inventory levels and logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to streamline eCommerce processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform business decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience administering a Shopify eCommerce store.
  • Proven experience managing B2B and B2C stores on Shopify.
  • Understanding of SAP or another ERP system.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for eCommerce.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM systems.

 

Work Schedule:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with on-site days in our Chicago office. This allows for flexibility while ensuring collaboration and engagement with the team.
