Qualifications:
7-10 years of non-profit accounting experience, Strong knowledge of GAAP and CFR regulations, BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA preferred, Experience managing GIK and grant life cycles, Advanced Excel skills and ERP software experience.
Key responsabilities:
- Oversee financial, grants, programs and overhead accounting
- Ensure budget alignment throughout grant lifecycle
- Coordinate annual audit activities and manage compliance
- Analyze financial data, presenting timely reports
- Lead, mentor and develop finance team members
