Job description

XPLUS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Sales Department, focusing on enhancing the sales process for our existing clients. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring they fully benefit from our products and services, and significantly contributing to our sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and serving as their primary advocate
  • Manage approximately 35 clients
  • Deliver exceptional value through XPLUS products and services, ensuring clients maximize their use of our solutions
  • Responsibility for high product utilization, client satisfaction, and retention
  • Actively drive sales goals by developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Responsibility for increasing contract value by selling new products or services to existing clients
  • Conduct product/sales presentations and meetings to review and enhance ongoing collaborations
  • Perform market research, share insights with global teams, and stay informed about market trends, clients, and competitors
  • Travel within the region - client-facing time is one of the most important metrics in Customer Success
  • Travel to the office in Poland – max. twice per year, only if needed


Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills is a must
  • Fluent English
  • Eligibility to work in EU
  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales related to Microsoft Dynamics products/services or compatible solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to various stakeholders (C-level included)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales techniques and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. Independence in carrying out daily sales tasks
  • Knowledge of D365 or AX2012 systems and a basic understanding of regional financial processes
  • Strategic thinking in client collaboration
  • Proficiency in MS Office, D365, and/or AX2012


Nice to Have:

  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Familiarity with CRM HubSpot
  • Knowledge of Microsoft solutions
  • Certifications in sales, B2B, and/or Microsoft
  • Proficiency in an additional language
