The role
Cardiac Services is recruiting a new position for Field Service Engineer in our expanding Service department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a range of medical devices located in hospitals and other healthcare facilities throughout the assigned geographical region.
A portion of the time will also be required to support devices that are returned to our Northampton facilities for servicing and repair. They will proactively manage customer relationships, understanding the need for excellent communication, high levels of Customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. An attractive salary and benefits package is available for the right candidate for this role.
Ideally candidates would be based in the Southwest M4 corridor - between Reading and Bristol
