Job Description:

As a rapidly growing, but small team, we're seeking a highly motivated Outbound Specialist to help us serve our growing list of clients.
You will work closely with the Account Management Team to ensure the success of our existing clients on LinkedIn with all necessary training being provided.

This is the perfect role for a motivated learner who wants to gain a wide range of experience in
B2B marketing in a fun and supportive environment.

Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Outbound Specialist, Appointment Setter, or Outbound Sales Representative.
  • Excellent communication skills with Native Level English both written and verbal.
  • Experience in cold outreach/outbound marketing (cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outbound).
  • Be highly organised and motivated to work on your own and deliver on KPIs.
  • Can work autonomously (remote role).
Set-up and Location: WFH setup
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST)| 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
