We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Finance role, who will lead a team responsible for partnering with WEG leaders to strategically partner to support long term sustainable growth.
The salary target for this role is $175,000.00 - $185,000.00 depending on experience. This role also is eligible for our corporate bonus and equity.
We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions
Finance business partner support
Act as a liaison and key financial advisor to business unit leaders proving insights and recommendations that support strategic goals
Support business units and enterprise FP&A team through quarterly forecasting process and annual budgeting
Monitor and communicate financial results against budget and forecast providing variance analysis
Deliver key operating dashboards for centralized services
Capital reporting and management
Participate in annual capital planning, forecasting and ROI analysis
Monitor and report agile team spend and results
Leadership
Influence strategy for the function(s) supported and drive successful execution
Manage team to effectively meet functional objectives.
Monitor functional trends; recommend and implement best practices
Build a high performing and engaged team; focus on mentoring and career development
Education/Qualifications
Requires a 4-years degree in finance, accounting, analytics, or related field
8+ year track record of driving results in a fast-paced growth environment
Must be able to communicate with, influence, and manage relationships with senior leadership across all departments
Exhibit thought leadership and problem-solving capabilities
Must actively pursue opportunities to increase visibility and value delivered throughout organization
Must be able to deliver results in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated skills in coaching and mentoring a staff
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. with an aptitude to learn new software
