Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred, 2+ years HR shared services experience preferred, Working knowledge of HRIS Systems, preferably Workday, Proficiency in Google Productivity Suite, Fluent in English; other languages desirable.
Key responsabilities:
- Act as the initial HR contact for employees and managers
- Respond to inquiries on HR policies, benefits, payroll, etc.
- Resolve Tier 1 HR inquiries and requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate employee data records in HRIS
- Provide high-quality customer service with professionalism and empathy
