About The Role

The Director, People & Culture Latin America at BCD Meetings & Events is responsible for overseeing all People & Culture functions in Latam countries. They act as the main contact for the Latam Senior Leadership Team, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and BCD employment policies. This role involves managing a team of People & Culture professionals across various Latam countries and being the point of escalation for HR matters at a regional level.

  • Collaborating with global teams to align initiatives

  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilizing HR technology tools effectively
  • Standardizing practices and processes company-wide

You Might Also Have

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese as a plus
  • Experience in multi-country leadership
  • Knowledge of current labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to travel within the region
