As a HR assistant you’ll be responsible for Creating working environment that conforms to Japanese custom, payroll under local labor laws.

What you’ll do
  • Payroll -Information scrutinizer and final verifier for payroll (給与計算に必要な情報を正確にベンダーに提供し、報酬支払の最終確認を行う。)
  • Government report- Report HR information to the Labor Standards Inspection Office. (労働法に基づいたレギュレーションのマネジメントを行う。)
  • Recruit-Execute the entire recruitment and selection process from phone screening to onboarding with local and global stake holders. (採用活動に係る一連のプロセスを、Globalの採用チームと協力して行う。)
  • Talent development-Planning cycle and organizing training and workshops for existing employees (既存従業員に向けた研修やワークショップの企画・運営する。)
  • Admi Support-Confirmation of safety in case of earthquake (アドミサポート-オフィスに係る全般の総務。従業員の安否を確認する。)

Your qualifications
  • Experience working in English. Negotiation / Must be able to explain in words (英語を用いたビジネス経験を持っていること。状況を英語を活用して言葉で説明できること。)
  • Available work from home. But no full remote. (在宅勤務は可能だが、フルリモートは不可。)
  • 2-3 years of human resources experience (23年の人事経験。日系・外資系は問わない。)
  • Self Starter / Ownership (オーナーシップを持ち、一緒に創り上げていく新しい環境を楽しめること)
