Delivering custom solutions and local market expertise in 200 countries, there is great opportunity for you as the point of contact for UK, EMEA, and APAC payroll activities and initiatives.
Your new role
As The Payroll Manager, You Will Be Responsible For
Overseeing and supervising the team's processes across the global market
Manage a small payroll team and coordinate with external tax vendors as needed
Ensure all SLAs are met and act as the main point of contact for all payroll queries
Support all Accountancy and Finance teams with payroll reporting, reconciliations and General Ledgers.
Lead continuous process improvements alongside liaising with stakeholders
Administering salary sacrifice pension schemes, managing employee and employer contributions for all legal entities
What You'll Need To Succeed
Previous experience with training junior staff
Experience with managing global payrolls and maintaining payroll deadlines
CIPP qualifications or equivalent
System knowledge of Safeguard, ADP Streamline and Workday are advantageous
High proficiency with Excel
