Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the listing, activity and product operation of the listing department. Participate in market research, business operation planning and formulation of operation indicators.
2. Cooperate with listing BD colleagues and sort out channels and business plans; Cooperate with the product R&D team to promote the business landing and product launch of token listing services.
3. Formulate effective activity planning scheme according to business objectives, implement it on the ground, and monitor and summarize the activities.
4. Plan all kinds of operation activities, coordinate and implement, cooperate with the team to achieve the objectives, and track and analyze the results.
5. Carry out refined operation around business products, traffic and users, and cooperate with legal, risk control, finance and other departments to improve the overall business indicators.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, prefer majoring in finance/data analysis.
2. Fluent in English, strong communication, cooperation and expression skills, and second foreign language plus points.
3. Strong logical thinking ability, good data analysis sensitivity, strong team spirit and ability to deal with emergencies.
