Job description

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our Digital Strategy & Design team in Ukraine.

Currently, our team consists of over 200 designers in Ukraine who are part of a wider global group consisting of more than 1,000 multidisciplinary designers, researchers, and consultants. We are dedicated to using design to create meaningful customer experiences across various platforms and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to capture their business ambitions and targets
Assess and refine designs with stakeholders and end-users input
Develop and provide UX deliverables such as user flows, personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes utilizing user research and customer input, ensuring compatibility across various devices and interfaces
Engage in exploratory and research activities including user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and competitor reviews
Aid and lead design workshops
Document client specifications and support design implementation for projects
Join feasibility review sessions with frontend developers and architects
Accurately estimate project requirements
Contribute actively to the design team by updating progress, identifying obstacles, and ensuring transparency in workload
Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with design leads on task prioritization
Apply proficiency in standard UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Mural and user testing tools
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in design
Comprehensive understanding of a research-driven design approach
Capability to draft detailed design specifications and prototypes
Extensive knowledge in foundational design principles including Composition, Color Theory, Typography, Design and Art styles
Proficient in synthesizing and articulating research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design across all client levels
Responsible for all design outputs on projects including experience maps, user journeys, interaction models, flows, IA schemes, systematic design, and interaction design
Proficient storytelling skills to compellingly convey design solutions to clients
Strong ability to conceptualize, provide actionable feedback to peers and justify design choices
Effectively present ideas and designs
Fluent in English with a level of Upper-intermediate or higher (B2)
