Program Components  

During the internship program, you will acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities that will provide a foundation to your career.  To help you gain valuable experience in the Insurance industry, you will be placed in one of our departments below.  

• Commercial Lines
• Personal Lines
• Placement
• Claims
• Surety
• Corporate/Other 

In addition to the work, you do with your manager daily, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in programs and events over the 10 weeks.  

Key components of the program include:  

• Intern Orientation at Iselin, New Jersey headquarters 

• Speaker Presentations, Town Halls, Monthly webinars by Executive Leadership 

• Learning from our CEO and COO about World’s business strategy, operating model, and key priorities 

• Self-paced online program provided by the Council for Insurance Agents and Brokers 

• Fun networking, volunteer, and social events 

• Developmental workshops  

Qualifications:  

To qualify for our program, you must be enrolled in a business program at an accredited university or college (Upcoming May Graduates and students enrolled in Insurance and Risk Management programs strongly preferred) and must be willing to work onsite full-time. We do not offer remote internships.
