Position Title: Business Development Representative
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00AM TBC
Salary: Php 35,000
Sign-on Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative would be:
• Develop sales strategies to draw in potential customers.
• Seek new business opportunities, sales outreach and navigation.
• Keep updated about latest business trends.
• Assist the sales team with the generation of prospects.
• Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
• Arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
• Arranging email correspondence
• Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects.
• Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers.
• Coordinate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to successfully deliver technical solutions to clients.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context.
• Ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications as a Business Development Representative:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years strong work experience and track record in sales, lead generation, customer service, cold-calling, appointment setting, or similar industry is strongly preferred.
• Background on creatives and arts (to understand the nature of the business very well) is preferred
• Experience in relationship-selling
• Proven track records on getting pass through gatekeepers
• Experience in Salesforce and understands long sales funnels
• Preferably female candidate
• Self-paced learning and understands a learning curve is expected to be less to none
• Candidate must be perky and assertive
• Candidat should have a great interest in the brand and is committed to embrace it
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications
• In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, negotiation skills and a pleasing personality
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight.
• Expertise in nurturing leads to bring prospect into meeting with the creatives team
• Strong follow-up skill on prospective clients
• Proven experience in closing sales
• Expert in mining and nurturing leads specifically for clients who are interested in photography services
• Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
• Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
• Excellent listening and customer service skills, and phone demeanor.
• Proactive, coachable, and well-organized.
