Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join Fidelis Security, & PartnerOne!

This role plays a key role in the sales process by understanding the technical aspects of products or services and effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers. You will be collaborating with the sales team, customers, and product development teams to ensure successful product adoption and use.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Fidelis’ products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Fidelis’ offerings.
  • Conduct Proof of Concept or Evaluations with potential customers
  • Work with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Design customized solutions based on customer specifications, incorporating Fidelis’ products or services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key technical contacts within customer organizations.
  • Work closely with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and requirements.
  • Provide input to product development based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal sales teams to enhance their technical knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for customers as needed.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or industry certification and experience.
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends in KSA.
