We are seeking an energetic individual with experience in customer service or sales to join our expanding Call Center team as a Remote Inbound Sales Agent. You will thrive in a supportive team environment that encourages your professional growth.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls generated through our targeted marketing campaigns. Your primary task will be guiding customers in choosing the ideal storage solutions based on their needs, with success measured by the courteous, timely, and professional service you provide.

You'll contribute to a positive and results-driven environment while collaborating closely with your team, demonstrating our core values as you enhance your sales skills and build customer relationships.

Work Schedule

Our Call Center operates 7 days a week, from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm EST. After training, your schedule may include nights and weekends, with top performers having the opportunity to work their preferred schedule while earning base pay increases.
