What We Do

We seek a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define, promote, and communicate the strategic marketing roadmap for our products. In this role, you will lead daily decisions and activities relating to product marketing priorities, competitive assessments, product positioning, and customer messaging for our lender and servicer-related offerings. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales teams, internal stakeholders, and customers to understand needs, identify buyer personas, and uncover new market opportunities that elevate product adoption and drive revenue.

How You'll Contribute

  • Act as the voice of the customer, developing impactful positioning and messaging.
  • Build deep product knowledge and clearly communicate key differentiators.
  • Develop and execute a product marketing roadmap based on market opportunities.
  • Create a range of product collateral, including presentations, product sheets, FAQs, and blog posts.
  • Define product value propositions, messaging, and differentiation.
  • Analyze and summarize campaign results to recommend future strategy improvements.
  • Oversee go-to-market planning for product launches and initiatives.
  • Develop processes to understand and promote customer use cases.
  • Stay informed on the competitive landscape to identify product gaps and threats.
  • Collaborate across departments to advance the product marketing roadmap.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, positioning, content creation, and strategy.
  • Experience in marketing mortgage origination, post-close, or servicing products is highly desirable.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional, highly matrixed environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Strong collaboration with product management.

Pay Range

\(114,600 - \)191,000 annually, based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
