Are you prepared to elevate your finance career? We’re in search of a dedicated Senior Analyst in Operations Controlling to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between operations and finance teams.
  • Collaborate across various departments, including Buying, Supply Chain, and Operations, to address business questions using analytical approaches.
  • Provide expert business and technical analysis based on team needs.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest additional team training when needed.
  • Analyze and review operational and financial key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support financial planning, margin budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc business analysis.
  • Lead complex analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive business improvement projects, creating necessary deliverables based on collected data.
  • Research and explain operational activities, sales, and margin trends, and support recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure high data integrity and investigate potential discrepancies.
  • Create visual data interpretations based on team needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in training and developing team members to ensure a motivated workforce.
  • Communicate relevant information effectively to leadership.
  • Uphold the confidentiality and security of documents and data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience with data modeling, extraction, and visualization tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau is preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in an office or remote setting with standard office equipment.
  • Regular use of keyboard/mouse and occasional lifting/moving up to 25 lbs.

Travel Requirements

  • Occasional domestic and international travel, up to 5%.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary starting at \(112,500, with increases to \)120,000 in Year 2 and $127,500 in Year 3.
