The Role

We are looking for an ambitious account executive with experience driving and closing new business to join our team on our legacy product, Rentable. You’ll be responsible for building our customer base through partnering with property management companies to understand their business needs and work with them on solutions to help grow their business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and in-person presentations to secure new business
  • Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily market expert
  • Collaborate with Rentable sales development and customer success teams
  • Nurture customer accounts through an onboarding and sales conversion process
  • Represent the Rentable brand in your active markets and at industry events
  • Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast as well as activity tracking within Salesforce CRM
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics
  • Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in an Account Executive or similar role
  • Demonstrated performance in an outbound, closing role, regularly meeting and exceeding quota
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Disciplined, reliable, and responsible self-starter who can self-manage
  • Strong networking skills
  • Possess a high energy and strong desire to achieve top results
