Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our client's project on a 4-month contract basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is a fully remote position based in the United States, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

As a key member of the team, you’ll work on designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models that drive high-impact projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in machine learning, software engineering, and large-scale data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models to address specific business challenges.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production environments.
• Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines.
• Analyze, process, and extract insights from large datasets to improve model performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI to incorporate new methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for ML model development.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning and related fields.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with large-scale data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business problems into machine learning solutions.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
• Ability to start immediately and commit to a 4-month contract.
