We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Shopify Site Manager and UX Expert to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, a deep understanding of user experience design, and a commitment to being always available to meet project deadlines and support our e-commerce operations. As a Shopify Site Manager and UX Expert, you will be responsible for managing our Shopify site, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring the smooth operation of our online business.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Site Management:
Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify sites, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain and update data, product listings, collections, and other content.
Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
User Experience (UX) Design:
Create designs that produce enhanced customer shopping experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Continuously improve the user experience through data-driven optimizations and A/B testing.
Custom Development and Enhancements:
Work with developers to customize Shopify themes and templates to align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Implement custom features and functionalities to enhance the user experience and drive sales.
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Integration and Automation:
Integrate third-party applications and plugins to extend store functionality.
Automate processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Ensure seamless integration with payment gateways, shipping providers, and other e-commerce tools.
Analytics:
Set up and monitor web analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular performance reports and suggest actionable insights.
Project Management and Communication:
Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Be consistently available to address urgent issues and meet project deadlines.
