Job Description 

 

Job Summary

 

The Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive – Inside Sales will be responsible for being the initial and primary point of contact with potential and existing broker partners, proactively identifying and developing a rapport with potential new partners, managing a pipeline of potential and existing partners and upholding the company service standards in all communications. 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Seek and connect with new broker partners in assigned territory with set metrics and goals.
  • Educate brokers on our value proposition and why ResiCentral is changing the mortgage industry.
  • Monitor your accounts with a continual focus on innovating the customer experience and business processes.
  • Perform a minimum of 60 cold calls a day.
  • Record all sales metrics in Salesforce.
  • Proactively Manage pipeline of potential and existing broker partners and ensure they are trained.
  • Act as liaison between broker and all other ResiCentral parties/departments.
  • Maintain open channels of communication with internal and external parties to ensure exceptional customer service/experience.
  • Uphold all Company and industry performance & compliance standards.
  • Follow company policy and procedures. 
  • Perform other duties as pertaining to the position as needed or assigned.

 

Required Skills/Abilities

 

  • Eager to make new connections and grow the business.
  • Strong customer service that reflects ability to help in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling over 60+ calls daily.
  • Comfortable with logging metrics and activity within Salesforce daily.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, stellar organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Provide exemplary service in all client interactions and communications; always uphold the ResiCentral service standards and exercise good judgment.

 

Physical Requirements

 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.

 

Travel Required

  • Minimal

 

Education and Experience

  • Mortgage industry background within the last 12 months with preferred Wholesale Account Executive experience required. 
  • Prior experience in business development and/or sales preferred. 
  • College degree preferred. High school diploma or GED is required.
