Location

This role offers flexibility to be based in any location or work fully remotely.

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Services National Accounts team. You will be responsible for driving order, sales, profit, and growth goals, while continually enhancing quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage comprehensive sales strategies for key verticals, including Hyperscale, MTDC, C&I, and Utility. Create annual strategic plans and budgets.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration within the Services segment and partner with other sales verticals to meet customer needs and growth objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with marketing and operations teams to define processes around Voice of Customer, quote to cash flow, and operational excellence.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a sales and marketing leader, develop new customer relationships, and ensure the team maintains effective relationships within target verticals.
  • Forecast Management: Review forecasts and opportunity pipelines monthly, ensuring accuracy and driving internal process improvements.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, assess talent, train, and develop your team. Set goals, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Budget Oversight: Maintain budgetary responsibility and manage resources effectively.
  • Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Market Insights: Advise senior management on customer and competitive developments that impact sales growth, and recommend strategies to address market pressures.

Position Criteria

  • Proven management and leadership skills, including talent selection and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop and execute customer strategies and provide growth opportunities for team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in sales within the electrical industry.
  • Minimum of two years in a management role.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Education

  • Required: Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range of \(138,461.22 - \)203,076.46 annually, along with a variable incentive program. Salary will be based on skills, experience, and market conditions.
