Are you passionate about helping people understand life insurance options and guiding them through important decisions? Join our team as a Life Insurance Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will provide personalized support to prospective clients, explaining various life insurance products and helping them choose coverage that best suits their needs. You will build long-term relationships while assisting clients in making informed decisions about their future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients, clearly explain the features and benefits of life insurance products, and help them select appropriate coverage based on their unique situations.
  • Follow up with current policyholders to deliver and explain their policy, offer suggestions for additional or modified coverage, and assist with changes like updating beneficiaries.
  • Proactively reach out to existing clients to anticipate their future needs, discuss upgrades, and renew their policies.
  • Foster lasting relationships with clients and underwriters to ensure excellent service and continued trust.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • This is a fully remote position, providing flexibility in your work environment.

Compensation

  • Competitive pay ranging from \(3,000 to \)8,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
