Are you a dynamic and proactive individual eager to make an impact in international affairs? Join our International Affairs department at a prestigious research institution as a Program Manager, where you will play a key role in advancing our renowned international programs. You will work closely with our operations team, providing comprehensive support to a range of programs and initiatives aimed at fostering global understanding and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer administrative support to a diverse portfolio of programs and initiatives.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, sharing your expertise and contributing to operational success.
  • Collaborate with Program Directors and the Executive Director to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects, demonstrating your adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Support broader department goals, promoting global engagement and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of related work experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
