Join our Digital Nexus team as a UX Content Strategist in a remote capacity where you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences through innovative content strategies. This position involves experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools, crafting user-focused content strategies, and leading a talented team to enhance our digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate with AI: Experiment with new AI tools and techniques for content creation. Develop strategies for voice search and conversational AI, optimizing content for spoken language.
  • Train AI Models: Assist in training AI models with precise data to ensure content relevance and alignment with brand objectives, while staying informed about data privacy regulations.
  • User-Centric Content: Develop user personas, tailor content to specific user segments, and conduct audience research to drive content strategies based on user preferences and behaviors.
  • Content Management: Create and maintain a content calendar for timely delivery of quality content, optimizing for SEO and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Taxonomy & Collaboration: Manage taxonomy across platforms and collaborate with UX/UI designers on information architecture, providing guidance to content creators.
  • Content Governance: Define and manage content governance activities to ensure stakeholder engagement and feedback, working with content and knowledge managers for quality assurance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 10 years in content strategy, with 5 years in leadership roles. Proven track record in managing enterprise-wide knowledge transformation programs.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Extensive experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar platforms; strong background in UX content strategy, user adoption, change management.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of Human-Centered Design, copywriting, content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing trends. Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Agile Delivery: Experience with agile methods and excellent presentation skills, emphasizing detail and quality.
