Position Overview

As a Process Improvement and Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving innovative solutions and enhancements that align with our business needs and goals. Working closely with various teams, you will identify and implement process improvements, manage change projects, and leverage data to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify potential process improvements and facilitate discussions to evaluate and prioritize them for implementation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine solutions that address business needs and support organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage change projects, including stakeholder analysis, requirements gathering, cost-benefit analysis, and process modeling, while managing timelines, budgets, and priorities.
  • Promote the use of diagnostic, prescriptive, and predictive analytics to support our goals and drive informed decision-making.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels, translating data and findings into actionable insights.
  • Support organizational success by strategically utilizing data, metrics, and processes.
  • Connect and collaborate with external software support and solution providers as needed.
  • Ensure the legal use of software through proper licensing and copyright compliance.
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule as outlined by your supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, regulatory, personnel, and other relevant policies.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct specification testing in accordance with customer and certification requirements.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the department and organization.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business process design, analysis, and implementation. Familiarity with tools such as Azure Boards or similar software development management tools is preferred. Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence Solutions, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud Services.
  • Certificates and Licenses: Professional certifications are preferred but not required.

Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document processes clearly.
  • Highly organized, productive, and motivated to drive growth.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, Scrum, or Constraints Management.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage varying workloads and project demands.

Work Arrangement

This role offers a hybrid remote work arrangement. While project demands may vary, it is anticipated that on-site presence will be required approximately two weeks per quarter. More on-site time may be needed during the initial stages of the role.
