Join IU Group as Head of AI Solutions Presales (m/f/d), the role is available remotely within Germany or at any of our offices e.g. in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Cologne etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Build AI use cases aimed at a significant revenue uplift across all pre-sales, go-to-market and international teams at IU.
Facilitate and drive cross-domain initiatives and collaborations, aligning diverse business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful projects, and ensuring clear communication and synchronization across domains.
Define the scope, envision the strategic direction, and calculate the viable business cases of AI initiatives.
Play a critical role in generating business value and representing your department confidently in executive meetings.
As an experienced leader, closely monitor your OKRs and ensure that everything is on track while building, leading and motivating your team.
Create the roadmap for applying our in-house built Conversational AI Solution “Syntea” to our Pre-Sales journey.
Stay abreast of the latest advances in AI technologies for go-to-market solutions, customer experience best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
+5 years hands-on AI experience and in-depth knowledge of the state-of-the-art in GenAI technology.
A proven track record of generating business impact with AI technology for user facing products.
Strong expertise in analytics, statistics, and business intelligence methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
