Hybrid position: 2 days/month in office (Central London).

About the Business Division:

This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end marketing services across three key areas of Media Buying, Creative and Content and Email, currently employing a team of 32. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.

Job Description

Act as product owner of ad serving with experience using Campaign Manager 360
Traffic online advertising campaigns including but not limited to display ads
Monitor campaign pacing and progress for each client.
Help in troubleshooting online ad delivery and performance issues
Ensure conversion tracking and data collection is functioning properly
Work with the wider team to deliver goals for our clients
Capture and maintain all related campaign updates and progress within our designated company dashboard
Generate and present professional campaign delivery reports for both internal and client review
Help in any other advertising campaign pre-launch and post-launch tasks.
Act as internal point of contact for Media, Commercial, and Marketing teams
Provide back up support for all team members
Play a key role in providing feedback and recommendations to improve process and efficiencies

Qualifications

Prior digital experience in operation team and demonstrable experience within Ad Ops and web ad-serving technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel as well as Google Sheets
An understanding of Looker Studio coding syntax and ability to amend code based on the dashboard criteria
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a team environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects simultaneously
