Job Description

About the Role: Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving business growth and leading high-performing teams? Leafio is seeking an SDR Manager to spearhead our business development efforts, ensuring our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) exceed their targets and deliver exceptional results. This role also involves contributing individually, managing your own portfolio and targets, while guiding and supporting a small team. It is critical in expanding our partnerships with pharmacies and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Leadership:
    Lead, inspire, and direct the SDR team (team of 2) to achieve individual and team KPIs. Set up standardized sales processes and methodologies to consistently meet targets.

  • Strategic Sales Execution:
    Develop and implement effective call strategies and messaging to generate new business opportunities. Monitor monthly targets for acquiring new pharmacy partners and ensure accountability for revenue within SDR portfolios.

  • Performance Management:
    Track and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores, ensuring continuous improvement in team performance.

  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy partners, acting as a trusted liaison. Ensure consistent communication and high standards of customer support, and resolve escalations effectively.

  • Product Expertise:
    Oversee the training of SDRs to ensure they possess comprehensive knowledge of our products. Maintain up-to-date and accurate product information, enabling the team to effectively communicate offerings to clients.

  • People Leadership:
    Provide clear leadership and direction, fostering a high-performance culture within the team. Offer mentorship and professional development opportunities, while ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting an inclusive and diverse working environment.

 

    Qualifications

    About You:

    • Proven experience (4+ years) in leading sales development or business development teams.
    • Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Experience in managing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
    • Leadership skills with a focus on mentorship, coaching, and team development.
