Our Newest Opportunity: 

With an increasing product portfolio and aggressive roadmap, we are expanding the team and seeking a Director of Product – Growth to join our Product Team. In this role, you will lead our product development operations across a specific part of our Product Portfolio – focused on our data and analytics platform, our workplace to wealth strategy, marketing enablement and AI. This position entails setting the vision and strategy agenda for our product roadmap, managing and mentoring a product management team and developing a process that ensures we have a data driven approach to what and how we build product.

This is a new role with a newly created team of digital product and technology enthusiasts on a mission to solve big problems.  You will work with a high degree of autonomy collaborating with like-minded teammates building software from the ground-up. This role will give you the opportunity to formulate a vision for how world-class product development can become an instrument of change in this decades old industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Working closely with business leaders, customers, and other stakeholders to develop a product roadmap that delivers value to our clients
  • Leading the team through management and mentorship, including building a product management disciple throughout the organization
  • Developing an agile based product development process that achieves a high level of scale and flexibility
  • Contributing to recruitment activities, including onboarding new team members effectively
  • Preparing and optimizing budgets

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with software product management, specifically experience in leading SaaS development initiatives
  • Strong organizational leadership skills
  • Extensive experience in working with stakeholders to create hiring strategies to develop quality teams
  • Experience in recruiting engineers and contributors
  • Previous working experience in software design and developing customer-orientated platforms
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management

Base Pay Range:

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
