We are looking for a Delivery Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Managing project requirements (timelines, etc.).
  • Planning releases (multiple times a week, focusing on deploying the project to production).
  • Monitoring project progress and deadlines, resolving blockers.
  • Tracking project performance metrics and improving the development team's throughput (time to market).
  • Enhancing the development team's capacity for handling more projects.

We expect from you:

  • Proven results in the previous role (numbers, achievements, metrics, XYZ).
  • Data-driven decision-making (product-related decisions).
  • Experience in managing a distributed team.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Experience with Kanban.
  • Experience or interest in the blockchain industry.
  • Expertise in requirements management.
