Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 7+ years’ experience in Human Resources, PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certifications preferred, Experience with HRIS systems, especially Paylocity, Strong knowledge of employment laws.

- Advise on HR topics like policy interpretation
