Job Summary:

JustFoodForDogs is dedicated to improving pets' lives through real, fresh food. We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our paid media efforts and drive brand growth while supporting our mission of promoting pet health, transparency, and scientifically backed nutrition. You will be responsible for management, optimization, reporting, and media buying across all paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute paid marketing efforts for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other paid channels

• Manage campaign segmentation, product feeds, naming formats, and reporting processes

• Analyze campaign data to create ongoing improvement in efficiencies

• Design and manage A/B tests

• Oversee multi-million dollar ad budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth

• Test new targeting, technology, ad formats and other innovations

• Provide actionable insights to channel leads and executives

• Manage reporting processes

• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure media efforts align with broader initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of media buying experience with an emphasis on Google Ads

• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar ad budgets

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven insights

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
