Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the clients family office with a variety of accounting, construction, and real estate tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial expertise, project management experience, and a background in property development or construction. This role is perfect for a self-driven, autonomous problem solver who can manage both financial and personal family tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of investments, ensuring regular reporting is received from each investment.
  • Ensure all family and property-related bills are entered into the system and paid weekly as required.
  • Assist with data entry for tax returns, quarterly activity statements, and bank account reconciliations.
  • Generate regular financial reports for tracking investments and performance.
  • Oversee and manage financial records for family investments, including property rental income and maintenance expenses.
  • Assist in coordinating property development activities, liaising with brokers to identify development sites, secure financing, and manage relevant paperwork.
  • Manage family affairs, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, scheduling care for parents and children and handling personal administrative tasks.
  • Asist in scheduling adhoc property renovations improvements.
  • Collaborate with external legal teams, government agencies, and extended family members to resolve any issues related to investments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Financial Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge; accounting qualifications highly preferred.
  • Project management experience, particularly in property development, real estate, or construction, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with property maintenance and construction processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems autonomously, and conduct research.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
