We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager with a deep understanding of card issuing and basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Cryptocurrency Card Issuing Business, ensuring that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.
Responsibilities:
1.Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to promote the growth of the business.
2.Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary.
3.Develop operational policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
4.Evaluate operational performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
5.Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
6.Coordinate with the product team to implement new business initiatives and strategies.
7.Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the cryptocurrency card issuing market and blockchain technology.
8.Provide leadership to staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
9.Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2.Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the card issuing industry.
3.Knowledge of the legal regulations of the cryptocurrency market.
4.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
5.Outstanding communication and people skills.
6.Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
7.In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.).
8.Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
9.Familiarity with MS Office and various business software.
