We invite a Business Analyst to join the VeliX team.

The work of the VeliX team centres around a few core areas:

• Branding Development: Collaborating to build compelling brands that resonate with users, making each gaming experience memorable
• Intuitive Design: Creating interfaces and experiences that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also straightforward and enjoyable for users, making navigation and gameplay intuitive
• Seamless Usability: Ensuring that every interaction within the brands we help launch is fluid, aiming to keep users engaged with minimal effort
• Stable Front-End Development: Focusing on the technical side to produce reliable and efficient front-ends for end users, contributing to a smooth and consistent gaming experience
• Data-Driven Marketing: Applying analytics and user testing to inform marketing strategies, thereby improving user engagement and brand growth
• Iterative Improvement: Actively seeking feedback and utilising data to make ongoing enhancements to our client's brands, aiming to elevate the user experience continuously

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team, Project manager, and Product manager to prepare and validate technical requirements in User Stories
• Create, describe and manage Technical Stories
• Participate in communication with stakeholders to collect technical requirements
• Create and describe business logic of web services, visualization of business processes, database entity structures, API interfaces
• Maintain and create technical documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams (+Demo)
• Participate in Grooming and Planning meetings together with the development team, joint review of User Stories
• Analyze bugs and problems on the front-end and back-end together with testers
• Design interface logic with the Design team

Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in formalizing software requirements and setting tasks for developers (description of front-end, back-end, etc. requirements)
• Experienced in preparation of project documentation (vision, concept, functional requirements, technical specifications), development of technical documentation and user documentation, User Stories
• Know BPMN and / or UML modelling languages (Deployment-, Component-, Usecase-, Sequence-diagrams)
• Proficient skills in web technologies and/or mobile development
• Have basic knowledge of relational DBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL)
• Have basic knowledge of SOAP and REST, XML and JSON, and SQL
• Experienced with Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
• Have experience with Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer
• Ability to work with Figma, Postman
• Knowledge of modern information systems development, and management methodologies (Scrum / Kanban / LeSS / SAFe)
• English - Upper-Intermediate +
