This is a remote position.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a yacht transit delivery crew member for us! We are Paradise Yacht Management (PYM), the largest exclusively crewed term charter yacht management company in the Caribbean strategically based in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Currently, we have over several charter yachts available for a qualified Delivery Captain and Crew to transport mostly sailing catamarans, throughout the season.

Salary: Dependent on experience
Supplemental Pay: Subsistence
Expected start date: July through November 2022

Requirements

Requirements:

Able to work in the United States
Active USCG or RYA License
Responsible for the safe care and operation of the yacht and crew during delivery
Fun, professional attitude & live our company core values (Honor, Integrity, Seek Knowledge, & Have Fun)

Preferences:

STCW Certifications, as required
Delivery of Yacht, and sailing experience
Service / Hospitality Experience
Yacht Operations: Strong marine mechanical skills, delivery preparation, provisioning, cleaning, maintenance
