• Regular maintenance of brand and product data
• Maintain active assortment
• Load products into site
• Maintain pricing and MAP compliance
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Utilize internal project management tool to track maintenance and new setup of products
• Uses Excel to perform routine and sometimes complex data comparisons which includes techniques using formulas, concatenate, if-statements, VLOOKUPs, and other functions
• Catalog Management - work and partner with category managers to obtain catalogs, item data, images, pricing, etc. from vendors as needed for listing products on the online store
• Adding products to the online catalog, maintaining correct product information
• Locate, collect, and manage data from multiple sources
• Work cross-functionally to execute product related activities such as data content, images, pricing updates, availability dates, discontinued items, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned including competitive analysis, pricing analysis, inventory maintenance, data compilation, etc.
