Job description

• Regular maintenance of brand and product data
• Review active assortment for accuracy
• Review new item builds for accuracy
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Utilize internal project management tool to track maintenance
• Use Excel to perform routine and sometimes complex data comparisons which includes techniques using formulas, concatenate, if-statements, VLOOKUPs, and other functions
• Maintain correct product information in our online catalog
• Locate, collect, and manage data from multiple sources
• Communicate issues to team and management in a clear manner, urgently when required
• Log and communicate new/updated data information to team and management
• Work cross-functionally to execute product data related activities • Other tasks as assigned including pricing analysis, inventory analysis, etc.
