Job Title: Sales Planner - HOKA

Reports to:  Sr. Manager Sales Planning

Location:  Remote

The Role

The purpose of the Sales Planner is to provide sell-through insights as well as support and guide future plans for key wholesale partners, in collaboration with the Sr. Account Manager and Sales Director teams for HOKA in North America. Their goal is to provide analysis and insight to ensure the strategic growth of key partners, while maintaining mutual profitability, by identifying opportunity and turning sell-through data into actionable insights, as well as analyzing and updating strategic sales plans and teams to align with brand goals and internal key performance indicators.  This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and will be customer facing, leading analytics and planning meetings, in alignment with Sales partners.  Achieving this, will also require collaboration with cross functional departments such as Finance, Marketing, MDM, CE, Demand Planning and Supply Planning.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Responsible for weekly analysis of sell through, spotting trends and making recommendations to Sales on near term order book/inventory management at key retailers.
  • 2. Create ad-hoc analysis and scenario plans to help the broader organization make data informed decisions.
  • 3. Partner with Sales Teams on future forecasts, informed with sell through trends and brand strategic goals.
  • 4. Work effectively with Cross Functional partners to ensure Brand and Retailer goals are met.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 1-3 years experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, buying, or data analytics
  • Experience in Footwear or Apparel Industry
  • Ability to analyze data quickly, in-order to concisely communicate trends and insights to cross-functional partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau

$75,000 - $80,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
