Strategy & Implementation:
Drive and shape the agile product development culture, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence
Collaborate closely with the Product Leadership team to continuously refine and enhance agile team structures, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
Serve as the voice of the Software Engineering unit within the Leadership team, ensuring transparency, alignment, and fostering strong cross-departmental collaboration
Leadership:
Oversee a diverse team of more than 20 software engineers, covering areas such as frontend, backend, security, architecture, and infrastructure
Build and manage leadership structures within the engineering unit that enable further scaling of our organisation
Set clear goals, values and expectations for our engineering competence, drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent, and manage the unitâs budget to support growth and innovation
Act as a mentor and coach, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, enabling your unit members to reach their highest potential
Processes & Tools:
Champion value flow, continuous delivery, and fast feedback loops to ensure efficiency and high-quality outputs
Work closely with the engineering unit to refine development practices, uphold quality standards, and cultivate a culture of technical excellence
Hold the engineering unit accountable for adhering to established standards and practices, driving continuous improvement
