Minimum 5 years' Infrastructure Support experience, Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, VMware vSphere 6.0 or above.Key responsabilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve incidents
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Serve as escalation point for level one support
- Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem and Change Management processes
- Provide after hours on-call support and comply with security policies
