We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a seasoned paralegal professional who can independently manage complex projects and contracts, build and execute a legal playbook, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with legal terminology and practices common in leading law firms and will possess exceptional organizational skills.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to develop a comprehensive legal playbook that establishes business standards and best practices for contract negotiation.
  • Execute this playbook to review and manage complex contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements, and coordinating with external legal resources when required.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
  • Implement and maintain efficient systems for document management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal resources to facilitate contract review and resolve outstanding legal questions.
  • Organize and manage signed contracts, including documentation of any approved exceptions to business standards so we can ensure compliance with any non-standard terms.

  • As a remote-first company, we offer location-agnostic pay based on NYC benchmarks regardless of where someone is located within the U.S. The base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $130,000 and is based on individual qualifications and experience.
